Our cooperative is designed to build community and support an active lifestyle while giving members the benefits of home ownership.  

 

Every individual in our member-owned and member-governed community has a say in how the cooperative functions. We elect a Board of Directors to oversee its operation. Our management company provides financial and administrative support as well as an on-site Manager and Maintenance staff.
